Hi welcome to HCM, Improper dosage of antihypertensive drugs can lead to either over correction or undercorrection of blood pressure resulting in symptoms like headache and dizziness.I advice you to have a baseline EKG and a screening Echo of your heart.Regularly monitor your blood pressure and titrate the dosage of your drugs until an adequate control of your Blood pressure to below 130/80 mm of hg is achieved.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
