I have a tension/pressure headache. Temp this morning was 97.2. Just checked at 9:10 pm and it s 98.2-98.5. Is that feverish? I feel heat behind my eyes and cheeks. I am a single mother and unemployed. I have no insurance. Can you please help just this once. I have anxiety and am scared to death. Thank you so much.

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. 98.2-98.5 degree F is not fever.Feeling heat behind eyes and cheeks is a common complaint in patients of stress headache.Anxiety precipitates stress headache. You need to get rid of your anxiety and fear of death. Please take a psychiatrist's opinion for the same. Meanwhile, please take tab.amitriptyline 10 mg once a day at bedtime(under a physician's guidance). It will likely be of help.Besides, please make it a regular to do mental relaxation exercises like yoga/pranayama.It will surely help.I hope it helps.
