Hi,

I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns.

The very first thing I suggest to my patients is to set the target blood sugar for them. So, every time blood glucose is measured, it would be better analyzed as compared to this target.

So, first monitor your blood sugar:
- fasting
- 2 hours after eating
- HbA1C

Then, can discuss over possible changes in therapy. Do not forget to continue following the healthy lifestyle and diet changes at the same time.

All the best!
