What Is The Squeezing Sensation Under My Ribs After Having Quit Smoking?
Hi ,ive been.out at the mines for a few days i am a smoker but have cut down alot trying to quit .every now and then i have a squeezing sensation under my right ribs near my chest ? Unsure what it is ,i was taking codeine could this make side effects like that .i breathe fine im a bit chesty from maybe bronchitus

Smoking predisposes to lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. A clinical review, chest X ray and lung fibroscopy are good initial steps in the evaluation process. Dear I read your scenario. You should take tablet Omeprazole once daily before breakfast as our clinical practice. You should abonduned the habit of smoking. You should do regular exercise.
