What Is The Solution For Uneasy Breathing, Panic Attacks And Ringing In Ears?

Hi, I'm currently experiencing uneasy breathing, shaking, and ringing in my ears. I experience panic attacks often. However, this has continued for around 3 hours now, and 2 hours before I fell to sleep. Would you be able to give me any advice please?
