What Is The Solution For Internal And External Hemorrhoids?

hello, Im 31 female, I had two colonoscopies first one they said i have Ibs, second one was done a year ago they found one polyp. I did the second colonosscopy a year ago because i have blood in my stool and anas leackage. The leakage usually happeans around the time I get my peroid. I fart and liquid comes out with blood. When I had my colonoscapy they also said i have internal and external hamorroids. Please advise me to what may be wrong with me. Whenever I get these eposides I feel really weak and have major lower back paain

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if you have a pure form of hemorrhoids then surgery is the best option for you, if this not sever enough then this can be treated conservatively, but this is all depends upon the clinical condition of piles, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
