What Is The Small Pus Filled Lump In The Groin?
I have a small lump in my groin area between my testicles and anus it did not hurt like a pimple however when I squeezed it it popped but it wasn't puss that came out it was blood what could this bee? I'm 27 never had anything like this I am around 260lbs

You may have perianal abscess formation. You should take antibiotics like cephalosporin or amoxiclav. If it doesn't respond to treatment then you should go for culture and sensitivity test. And then take treatment accordingly.
