What Is The Remedy For The Shortness Of Breath?

i had asthma when i was young but it went away and now that i am 26 yrs old i had at 23 yrs old shortness of breath where i gasp every 5 minutes for air and this happens every now and then since i was 23 til now 26 and now i gasp for air all the time after 4 days.. is it the cold weather in LA???

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you are having asthma attack at present.
Cold is very well known triggering factor for asthma.
So possibility of cold weather triggered asthma exacerbation is more in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
You need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
Antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are also useful.
Don't worry, you will be alright, consult pulmonologist and start treatment.
