Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care.
Your son is suffering from common cold.
Steam inhalation, local instillation of saline nasal drops will help reducing symptoms.
Paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight given 4-6 hourly depending on the fever.
Cetrizine may give some relief.
Avoid cool drinks and ice creams and cold atmosphere.
Usually symptoms abate within a week.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
