What Is The Remedy For Stuffy, Blocked Nose, Difficulty In Breathing, Inflammed Ear Drum Due To Dry Nasal?

Hi Doctor, I am from Papua New Guinea and have been experiencng stuffy nose nearly half of my life. Sometimes my nasal gets bocked and I find it had to breathe and use my mouth. My nasal gets very dry and then it starts all over again. I had to blow very hard to remove the mucous and this alsways results in an inflammed ear drum. Other times my ears get blocked which affects my hearing. This is very annoying for me and can someone help me to stop this once and for all? Thank you so much and hooping to hear from you.
