What Is The Remedy For Stomach Cramps When Pregnant?

Hello m sifisa..am 32 weeks 5 days pregnant with my first baby and iv been having stomach cramps n severe lower back pains when I visited the doc they've dectected protein in my urine so they say got. UTI since was 20weeks they first prescribed moxymax but no difference and last month the doc prescribed Bactrim but still it didn't help neither should I be worried?
