Your problem looks more due to
heat stress and allergic reaction due to smoky environment. Try washing your eyes with cold water (take a handful of cold water and blink a couple of times,repeat it often) and use a
preservative free good
lubricant eye drops to comfort your eye until you see your
ophthalmologist. He will start you with antibiotics if necessary after a detailed examination under microscope .
However,if you have a localized redness with irritation and blurring of vision in one eye(in your case right eye) get examined yourself immediately to rule out any
foreign body.Do not rub your eye as it might increase your corneal abrasions if any.
