I really appreciate your concern in my opinion you have to get done the Hemoglobin test first if this turned low then you have to first correct the Hemoglobin level, if your Hemoglobin is okay then Hormone level need to be investigated, and for that I would advise you to consult the gynecologist, hope this information helps you take care and have a good day.
