Suffering pain in the right side of the chest that at times can switch back to the left side at different periods suddenly. severe pain- the second is very painful than the first and so on. suffering from heartburn. It s very painful trying to breath in and laughing.

the type of symptoms that you describe is noncardiac in nature. so for heart burn you can take medications like -pantoprazole with a pro kinetic agent like domperidon. however if you have diabetes ,hypertension,smoking,elevated blood cholesterol , elderly age you should undergo stress testing to exclude cardiac cause
