What Is The Remedy For Headaches And Fatigue After Hysterectomy?

In 2008 I was in a car accident and suffered serious brain trauma which left me with migraines. I have managed them with Topamax. This worked quite well. I even lost a little weight. Then in 2011 I had a complete hysterectomy. Since that time I have gained weight, and have headaches and serious fatigue during the day. My Dr checked my thyroid which she said was fine and prescribed adderall. This does nothing for me. I can drink 4 cups of coffee and go right to sleep. I am taking 30 mg of Cymbalta. 200mg of topomax and 2 mg of estrace. Do you have any suggestions? I don t know if I need an endocrinologist or not?
