Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Please check the ear secretions to get culture and sensitivity. The possibilities of otitis externa or Mucormycosis infection in diabetic patients or bacterial infection or ASOM and perforation et cetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid entering of water into ear and also consult your ENT specialist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
