What Is The Remedy For Fear Of Penetration And Lack Of Arousal During Sex?

m married for the last 5 years....till 3 years we were not planning for baby but now we are planning for baby but we couple never had any sexual activity....m afraid of penetration pain and while doing this automatically my muscles contract and vagina always remains dry and i hardly get aroused....what should i do to go for enjoying sex n plan a baby soon?

Fear of pain during penetration is very common during first coitus.
Fear of pain lead to spasm of muscles and penetration becomes difficult.
It is really unfortunate that you are not able to enjoy sex even after five years of marriage.
You and your partner must discuss the matter very friendly.You must understand that first intercourse pain is bearable and every couple has to undergo this pain.
You can reduce pain and dryness by long fore play.It will help in proper arousal and reduces dryness of vagina.You should also use lubricants during first few trials.
If you are still not able to enjoy sex then you can take help from psychologist.You may need counselling.
