What Is The Remedy For Conjunctivitis In Eyes And Redness?

good day. i have had conjunctivitis in both my eyes for about 1 full week now and the redness of my eyes are just not going away. My doc has prescribed two different eyedrops for allegic conjunctivitis which have not worked including Sofradex. Please help.

Irrigate the eyes with sterile water. Apply ofloxacin .3% eye drop 6hourly. maintain hygiene of face and surrounding area of eye. ,clean with sterile swab.Apply neosporine eye ointment at bedtime. You will improve and become normal within ten days.
