What Is The Reccomended Diet Before Three Days Of A Colonoscopy?

I am worried about the clear liquid diet being only one day before the colonoscopy. I want to eat foods that will make the process easier for 3 days before. Obviously I should have a big steak, but do you know where I can find a sample menu that would be beneficial for the 2-3 days before the liquid day?

hi, take anything that contain high fiber. you need not starve for 3 days before the procedure. plenty of water and fruit juices the day before is generally sufficient along with the laxative solution they prescribe. Hope this helped.
