Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding difficulty in swallowing and you have noticed white spots at the back of throat.

After considering all aspects of your clinical history and their co-relation it appears as you are most likely having follicular tonsillitis and the white patches are the infected pus points which always tends to bleed whenever anybody tries to remove it , Probably you had also observed the same.

To treat it you may take-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Warm saline gargling.

3- Decongestant and anti histaminic.

4- Antibiotic ( probably broad spectrum ).

Probably your query is answered.

Regards.
