What Causes Burning Sensation In The Upper Back?

My back upper right side burns and the burning radiates to my right upper back. My neck gets super hot and I sweat. Sometimes I get tingling in my face. I also get a chocking sensation and difficulty swallowing. When I breath, I sometimes make weird noises from my throat and I feel a coolness of air passing thru my throat.

By your history and description, we should definitely rule out angioedema (allergic spasm) in your case.
So get done detailed allergic testing.
You may need antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast).
Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Avoid dust and pollution.
