What Is The Reason For Sore Throat?
Hi there. For the last 3 days I've had a sore neck right up to my ears and temples, it worsens when I move my neck downwards. I also have a sore throat, it's hard to swallow and my tonsils are red. I've had sore throats before but not with the sore neck. Is it anything to worry about?

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The sore throat can be because of the bacterial infection leading to tonsillitis and pharyngitis. Nothing to be panic. Consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated.
Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin (if you are not allergic ).
Do saline gargling.
