What Is The Reason For Pain Between Neck And Chest Causing Problem With Movements ?

i have a pain between my neck and chest , the bone on the coller bone right under my chin diredtly under my adams apple is sore to touch , also causing pain when i try to raise my arm above shoulder. my 6 year old did jump on my neck the other day kinda sore after not sure if related?

The pain that you are having is likely to be due to a muscle spasm in the area or due to a cervical rib. This can be relieved with pain killers and a hot fomentation.
