Suggest Remedy For Cervical Spondylosis

Hi, I am 36 years old , have lot of joint pain , diagnosed with cervical rib both sides, cervical spondylosis Had knee and shoulder injuries , Blood clot in abdomen few years back due to injury, Is there underlying problem that could be cause of all this pain.I am around 60 kg ,180 cm tall

Hello,

Your age is very less to have cervical spondylosis or such joint pains.I shall advise ou following to have relief:

-Consult to your doctor and get yourself evaluated.Your blood work should consist of CBC,B.SUGAR,THYROID FUNCTION TEST,VITAMIN D AND VITAMIN B12
-Take a good analgesic like acetaminophen for relief from pain.
-Take some supplements like multivitamin preparation and glucosamine & chondroitin.
-Eat green leafy vegetables & fresh fruits.
