Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to the arthritis, nail infection, or may be due to the cervical spondilosis, causing pressure on the nerve supplying the little finger.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, ornidazole, mefanamic acid, and anti fungal cream to apply around the nails.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to prevent such infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
