What Is The Reason For Frequent Urination And Pain In The Rectal Area?

I have frequent urination, pain when I sit down in my colon/rectal area, bloated, I go from constipation to diarrhea, painful intercourse, and pain in my bladder.

I am a healthy 22 year old and I have been diagnosed with IBS but these symptoms don't seem to be from IBS.

Dear patient,

From what you describe, this seems to be a chlamydia infection that has spread in the perineal are causing PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease). This condition is associated with painful intercourse, bloating, pain in the bladder and pain when you sit or put pressure on your perineum.
I would recommend you to visit a Gynecologist for this. I would treat the infection with Azithromycin 1 g orally in a single dose or with Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 7 days. But based on your condition, it may need another antibiotic to treat the infection completely.
The change in constipation/diarrhea is typical of your IBS. There is nothing we can do about it. I will always suggest that seeing a therapist may help about it more than drugs, since it is mostly associated with stress and other emotional causes.
I wish you good health my dear,
Sincerely
Manoku Eni, M.D.
