What Is The Reason For Black Eye, Pressure Behind The Eye?

Hello, two days ago I had a severe headache that would come and go all day. I finally did take some over the counter medicine (which I rarely ever take). I went to sleep fine and woke up with a black eye under my right eye. I woke up today and now there is pressure behind my right eye. Is there any easy explaination?

Black eye is generally subconjuctival haemorhage. Generally it happens due to injury. Might have injured while sleeping. In hypertension and constipation it happens without injury. It can be investigated. Complete eye examination IOT may be taken.
