What is the perfect weight of 18 years old girl of height 5 feet?

I am an 18 year old girl, I'm 5'0" and I weigh 155 pounds.

I know that I need to lose weight but I'm not sure how much is right for me to lose. I don't want to be the way I am now but I also don't want to be too thin. What is a healthy weight for me?

Thanks for your help!

Hi, As per your age and height, you should ideally be in the range of 115-125 pounds. So, yes you definitely need to shed a few pounds( say approx. 20-30 lbs) to achieve your ideal body weight. The best way to achieve this would be by combining a correct diet with regular exercise regime.
