What Is The Painful Lump In The Scrotum Near The Testes?

I have developed a pain in my left testicle. Recently, when i touched the scrotum area, i realised that there is a lump inside. It seems to be along the veins near the testis. It is somewhat like a lymphnode. Can this be an std or testicular cancer? Or could it be something that I can just ignore?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have testicular tumour or infection or some other lump like hydrocele or vericocele. You should go for examination and ultrasound testis. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. You should not ignore it. Consult your doctor and start treatment according to diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
