What Is The Pain When I Sit?
halo Dr,i am 37 yr old male,i am feeling pain when i sit completely down for i,e 90 degree for 10-15 minutes,it is becoming difficult to get up, but after few minutes,i dont feel anything it becomes normal,i am physically ok and i go for running every alternate day, while running i dont feel any pain at all,kindly suggest.

Difficulty in getting up from sitting position suggests some problem of the hip joint.
You need to consult your orthopedician for clinical examination of the hip joint and relevant investigations.
A MRI may be required to look for the status of various structures in the bilateral hip joints.
