Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry for your condition.
in my opinion i suggest you meet a doctor immediately and take medical advise.
as the sugar level you mentioned is in condition of uncontrolled diabetes.
mostly its better to use insulin for 10-15 days until your sugars get in to control and shift to tablets like janumet50/500 after stopping insulin.
take advise of your Diabetologist.
