Hello!
Thanks for writing. I suggest you to spend your money on foods rather on pills. It is more healthy. You are doing well on going at the gym. I suggest you to do 15 minutes cardio first in order not to damage your joints during weightlifting, then do a weightlifting programm. One day do chest and biceps, one day train back and triceps, one day legs and shoulders, and one day totally cardio and abs workout of 20 minutes. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.Proteins are the main source for muscle growth. If you stick to this lifestyle you will see results within 2 months.
Best regards.
