What Is The Meaning Of Postero Superior Placenta Grade 1?

hi I am jo. I am 36 year old mother of one duaghter and a son. I had normal deliveries beofre and had grade 2 antero superior in the last two deliveries. This time i am expecting with 22 weeks at the moment. My ultrasound has indicated postero superior placenta Grade 1. What does this mean in medical term and what impact or complications it may have on delivery?
