what does minimal fluid in POD means? im 21yr old women, had periods on 13th of NOV and went for diagnosis of abdomen due to pain on 28th of NOV. In my result everything is normal and impression of abdominal scan is minimal fluid in POD. Is it normal or I need to consult gynecologist....

Mild fluid in pod can be due pelvic inflammatory disease which causes mild fluid to accumulate. A course of antibiotics will be required.
