What is the maximum dosage for severe Fibremyalgia? My doctor here is giving me 2400 mg. of gabapentin daily. I am disabled from having broken my neck and nearly severing my spinal cord. Last year I fell and broke my shoulder with no increase of meds. But Dec. 30th of last year I slipped twice on winter ice. I broke a rib and now the Fibro pain in my hands,feet and back is so bad I'-do literally rather be dead. The pain has taken my one full but disabled life away. Can my gabapentin be increased to make the pain at least tolerable, and if so, by how much?
