What Is The Liquid That Is Leaking From Penis Shaft And Scrotum?

My penis shaft and scrotum have been leaking some sort of liquid for over 10 hours and my shaft has doubled in size in width and I cannot stop it. Please help me as I feel suicidal. I don t want to go to the local hospital as it s very embarrassing. It s a very lot of liquid and seeping very fast.Steven
