What Is The Light Pink Discharge After Peeing?

I ve been on the shot for 8 months now and only got my period once. I was about 5 days late on my last shot and I m due for my next shot in a few weeks. Every time I pee and wipe there is light pink discharge on the tissue. I have never had this before. I m having a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but I don t know if I m just thinking about it too much. What could this mean?
