What Is The Hole On The Penis Filled With White Substance Which Itches?

Hi, i have this problem on my penis its like a little hole that fills with something white (non sperm) and its on top of the shaft and right under the ummmm...."mushroomtip" lets call it that
and sometimes it can be a little bit itchy or painful.
should i visit the doctor or just see if it heals??

Thanks for query.
The lump on shaft of the penis filled with white substance and having small hole is is Sebaceous Cyst .


The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.

Normally it fades away without treatment however it needs to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

If needed he may suggest you to get it excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac).
