What Is The Herbal Medication For The Inflammation Of The Arms?

Hi, doctor...thanks for answering... I have a chronic inflammation in both of my arms for 4 years...but want to use only herbal drops, I used to use in Europe many years ago...I did have this before, when I was only 18 years old...I don't recall the name of those wonder drops, since those had cured my arm pains in only 3 days...
