I am addict of drinking. I want to ask that what is the safest and effective method of quit drinking in short time.

QUIT DRINKING IS EASY. I SHOULD KNOW . I HAVE DONE SO HUNDREDS OF TIMES. - - MARK TWAIN
YOU SHOULD FIRST KNOW THE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS AND THEN QUIT AND FEEL THAT. IF UR WILL POWER IS STRONG THAN STEP BY STEP DECREASE QUANTITY.
ALSO SEARCH FOR WHAT U DRINK. CHECHOUT UR BODY REPORT. BY CONSULATING UR DOCTOR U CAN USE ALPRAZOLAM A/C TO UR ALCOHOL DAILY QUANTITY.

first thing is you should have the will to quit...

you should receive encouraging support from friends and family and this will help you to carry out the task of quitting alcohol for the better..

there are certain medication to decrease your craving for alcohol and drugs to prevent drinking ....

consult a psychiatrist who might be helping you to quit drinking
