What Is The Difference Between Flagenase And Flagyl And Which Is Used To Treat Infections?

What is the different between Flagenase & Flagyl? If is it equivalent to Flagyl, which is used to treat a variety of different infections. Where can I buy this? I had no health insurance and no doctor. Is any medication over the counter that work the same as these?

Welcome to HCM,
Both the drugs are having Metronidazole benzoate.This antibiotic is used to treat bacterial and protozoal infections.
It will not work for viral infections (e.g., common cold, flu). Unnecessary use or overuse of any antibiotic can lead to its decreased effectiveness.
This can be used in combination with anti-ulcer medications to treat certain types of stomach ulcers.
This medicines should be taken only on advise of your treating doctor and to get this medicine you should have prescription.
