Hello,
Treatment of diabetes involves a proper diet control with proper aerobic exercises and regular appropriate medications.Diet control involves avoiding sweets, junk foods, deep fried foods, colas etc.
she must do regular aerobic expercises for at least 45 minutes a day.She can do brisk walking for this.
Since blood sugar levels are still very high, ypu must consult a diabetologist or a physician for proper management.
Thanks.
