What Is The Diet Plan For Treated Jaundice?

Hi Sir,

I had a jaundice about 3 months back. I took about one month to get cure.. now past 70 days i am taking less fatty and less spiecy diets, although sometimes about once in a week i use to take things like pissa.

about two weeks back i felt bit feverish so doc told me that i hand a throat infection he gave me some antybiotc and everything went fine afte that.

i want to ask till how long i need to avoid fatty and spiecy food, till how long i need to avoid to avoid exercise in gym

Sometimes my palm burns and sweets, can u tell me why. They also digonse hapities d and my jaundice reached max 6(bilirubin) before it starts dropping i am 25 years old.

Hi...
Noted you have hepatitis d .Usually there us coinfection of hepatitis b and d....

So first if you have acute infection and resolving fully with negative antigen marker and protective antibody then you can resume normal diet.

But if you have persistent infection with antigen like HBSag after six month then it is carrier or chronic infection case...In which less fatty diet continue for life time...

Now if negative viral marker just now then as that of normal person you can eat ...
