Hi,
Your sonogram study shows an ovarian cyst on the right side and clinical correlation is needed; the ovary is enlarged too. Considering the size of the cyst, if there are no associated symptoms, observation and medical management can be considered. Excision and study are needed otherwise. Please see a specialist for a proper appraisal of the situation. The left ovary is mostly normal in size and so is the uterus. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
