What Is The Cure For Lumps Under Skin On Lower Left Shin Which Is Not Improving Even After Taking Cipro?

I have lumps under my skin on my lower left shin. I have taken a round of cipro without them improving. They have been there almost 2 months now. They are firm, fixed and make my skin pink above them, although the skin is not warm to touch. White blood cell count not elevated.

Hi,

It seems that the lump you have on the shin of left leg may not be pyoderma. It is so because it is not responding to cipro and the lesion is not felt warm. So, probably it might be some tumor...like fibroma as it is hard on touch. You consult dermatologist or surgeon. After thorough examination, he might come to some coclusion. It may be removed surgically under local anaesthesia. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
