For scleritis the treatment you are taking is the best available now. You can have some change in combination. There is no surgery for it. You can take prednisoloneeye drop and reduce oral tablet dose. At times you can take subconjuctival steroid injection and stop tablet during that period. Diabetis should be treated. Lead active life with regular exercise. Stress should be reduced by medicine or yoga and meditation.
