Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to MRI report you have degenerative disc disease of cervical spine.
Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis which allows herniation of disc.

1.At C5-6 level there is diffuse posterior disc bulge which is compressing anterior subarachnoid space
2.There is also diffuse posterior disc bulge at C3-4 and C4-5 level which is indenting anterior subarachnoid space.

Treatment for degenerative lumbar disease includes physiotherapy or surgery.
Effectiveness of both modalities are same. So,physiotherpay should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further changes.
Surgery should be the last option.
There are also medicines like capsule pregabalin available for pain relief.
Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurosurgeon.

There is also small gliotic focus in the head of right caudate nucleus,it may be sequel of previous ischemic insult.

Get well soon.

Take Care
