Hello,

A gliotic area may or may not be a focus of pain for your face.this pain may be a simple headache as in many cases we see. start with simple pain killer like paracetamol or naproxen sodium twice e a day . you may get relief. I will suggest you to give me further details of this pain like type of pain, severity, radiation and associated features like nausea vomiting, vertigo, vision problems or anything happening to you before the start of this pain to get a proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
