Hello srikanth;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
You have both heart disease and diabetes so even a small complaint cannot be neglected.Since you are feeling slight warm in left foot please see if there is any redness;pain or tenderness on touch or pressing.If yes then you should consult your doctor immediately as it can be due to a start of cellulitis(an infection);or even DVT (deep vein thrombosis )which needs to be ruled out by examination.If things are fine no need to worry but since prevention is better please consult your doctor as early as possible.
Thanks
