What Is The Cause Of Stomach Pain And Dizziness In The Morning?

My daughter age 10 has been getting stomach pain and dizziness in the morning till midday and later fine in the afternoon. She has no appetite at all in the morning (feel like vomiting if breakfast is taken so just drink) but appetite is normal in afternoon and evening. What can be possible causes? Treatment? Thanks!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your daughter and understood the concerns.
Morning only stomach pain and dizziness in a 10 year old girl can be due to the following reasons.
This may be related to the colitis and constipation problems as the problems are only in the morning and the symptoms improve after noon and the appetite too is normal after noon indicate that there may be psychological factor of a growing female child.
I would advise you to consult a Child psychologist if all the investigations of stool, blood, urine and ultrasound are normal.
Get treated for the cause if found on clinical evaluation and investigations .
